It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carol Osterman of Groton, South Dakota, who passed away on December 6, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Albert and Inez Jane Knickrehm (Dunker); her husband Mick; her grandson Jeffrey; her brother-in-law David Olson; her in-laws, Oliver, Mary and Florence Belden; and her uncle Albert Belden.

She is survived by: her sisters, Ann (Robert Winegar) and Roberta Olson of Brookings.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Emmanuel Lutheran Church (1006 N 2nd St, Groton, SD 57445). A prayer was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
