He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Lewandowski; his brother Danny Miotke (Lois) of St. Paul, MN; his brother-in-law Clinton Nilson of Webster, SD; his children, Stephanie Heim (Jason) of Watertown, SD, Scott Miotke of Grenville, SD and Jamie Miotke (Shauna) of Webster, SD; and his grandchildren, Tayler Ringler (Anna), Domanic Heim (Kenzie), Owen Heim, Gage Miotke and Bentley Miotke.
