He is survived by: his siblings, Vern Delzer (Bobbi) of Phillipsburg, KS, Carol Soper (Roger) of Bartlesville, OK and Sandra Whitley (Michael) of Herrick, SD; his nieces and nephews, David Soper, Joshua Soper (Tiffany), Andrew Whitley, Christopher Delzer, Sarah Smith and Jessie Fenn (Mike); and his great-niece Madison Soper.
