He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Frank and Ernestine Ulmer Frank; his wife Patsy Leonard; his son-in-law Ken Sinkular; his grandsons, Levi, Tate and Dakota; and his siblings, Gilbert Frank, Leona Allum, John Frank, Milton Frank, Viola Waterbury, Alice Carlson, Erna Carlson and Sara Goodman.
He is survived by: his children, Ruth Hessman (Doug), Douglas Frank, Fred Frank, Kay Scharf (Chuck), Roger Frank, Gail Sinkular, David Frank (Ardith), Lisa Schmitz (Rob) and Byron Frank. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 33 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Union Baptist Church (801 Lincoln St, Burke, SD 57523). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Graceland Cemetery (101 W 7th St, Burke, SD 57523).
