He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Schaffer and Emma Schaffer; his siblings, Geraldine Darnell and Gary Fiedler; his sister-in-law Jeri Fiedler; and his niece Melissa Gunderson.
He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyn Berg; his children, Pam Myhre (Bob), Twyla Dinsmore (Scott), Curt Fiedler (Lori) and Scott Fiedler; his grandchildren, David Myhre, Brian Myhre (Caitlin), Jordan Fiedler, Fielder, Trev Fielder (Erin), Jessah Schone (Alex) and Amanda Dinsmore; his great grandchildren, Elsie Fiedler and Isaiah Fiedler; his siblings, Lemoyne Fiedler (Lois), Virginia Gunderson (Dean), Lowell Fiedler (Ginger), Gerald Fiedler, Nadine Meyer and Karen Fiedler; and his nephew Junior Fiedler (Carol).
