He was predeceased by: his parents, Armin Lenling (Ole) and Margaret Lenling (Reiss); his wife Ruby Lenling (Naasz); his siblings-in-law, Janice Thies (Naasz) and Milbert "Red" Naasz; and his nephew Kelly Thies.
He is survived by: his children, Steve of Glencross, SD, Tracy of Selfridge, ND and Jaci of Phenix City, AL; his grandchildren, Paige, Justin, Aaron, Jacob, Hannah, Silas and Roman; his great grandchildren, Emma, Delilah and Archer; his sister Shirley; and his brother-in-law George of Hot Springs, SD. He is also survived by his niece and nephews.
