He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie A. Fenger and Anna Parks (Fix); his stepparents, Miles Parks and Rose Fenger; and his sisters, Geraldine Oban (Kenny) and Lorraine Johnson (Glen).
He is survived by: his wife Mary McQuistion; his sons, Dean of Phoenix, Arizona and Darin of Yuma, Arizona; and his stepbrother Pat Parks (Lisa) of Kennewick. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A private funeral mass and burial will take place Tuesday, October 13, 2020. **Face mask and social distancing are required.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, PO Box 285, Gettysburg, SD 57442; and Keep Hope Local, 127 Hilltop Dr, Gettysburg, SD 57442, which supports people experiencing cancer.
