It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lona L. Swanson of Gettysburg, South Dakota, who passed away on November 26, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Westlake and Elsie Westlake (Mertz). She is survived by: her former husband Ted Swanson; and her cousins, Marcella Anderson of Wessington Springs, Betty Albright of Huron and Louise Schaller of Wessington Springs.
