Gerald L. Peters Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald L. Peters (Gettysburg, South Dakota), born in Enid, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 18, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Peters and Marie Peters (Stout); his wife Ruby Lower (Duncan); his son Lynn Lower; and his siblings, Gene, Charles Peters, Alice Luetkemeyer and Betty Strackbein.
He is survived by: his son Rex Lower of Gettysburg; his grandchildren, Jared Lower of Gettysburg, Alonna Krueger of Velva, ND and Dustin Lower of Gettysburg; his sisters, Irene McCain of Odessa, TX and Donna Koehl; and his siblings-in-law, Raymond Duncan of Pinetop, AZ and Mary Eriksen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19, travel and other restrictions at this time, a small immediate family burial will be held at St. Boniface Catholic Cemetery, Seneca, with Father Jerry Kopel presiding.
