He is survived by: his son Chad Dale Veen; his wife Elonne Cole; his daughter-in-law Michelle; his granddaughter Rachel; and his siblings, Harlan Veen (Diane), Gary Veen, Marjorie Heiser, Linda Bakke and Judy (Tom Carnahan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
