He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Jillson and Ruth Jillson (Anthony); and his brothers, Ronald, Gary, Vernon and Les.
He is survived by: his wife Darla Appel; his grandchildren, Jacob, Wyatt, Jenna and Claire; and his siblings, Joann Ostrowski, Fred and Billy.
Family prefers memorials to be made out to Sanford Deuel County Medical Center, Physical Therapy Unit.
