It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Willard E. Moe of Garretson, South Dakota, who passed away on June 4, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Moe and Alma Moe (Erickson); his wife Shirley Austin of Colton, SD; and his siblings, Dorothy Lahr, Stanley Moe, Roger Moe and Richard.
He is survived by: his children, Jacqueline (Jackie), Michael (Mike), Jackie Engebretson (Larry) and Mike Moe (Laurie); his grandchildren, Chris Engebretson and Rebecca Tidemann (Andy Gilbert); and his great grandchildren, Brady Tidemann and Emma Tidemann. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19, private family services will begin at 10:30 AM Monday, June 8, 2020, at Zion Lutheran Church, Garretson. (Service will be live streamed via the Zion Lutheran and Minnehaha Funeral Home Facebook Pages.).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Garretson Fire Department, Garretson Community Ambulance, or the Garretson American Legion.
