He was predeceased by: his parents, LaMoyne Godbey and Doris Godbey (Frank); and his siblings, Mary Ellen Pierret and Jim. He is survived by: his wife Karla Godbey (Schaefer); his children, Danielle Swenson (Sam), Meghan Menely (Matthew) of Round Rock, TX and Derrick Godbey (Samantha); his grandchildren, Theo Menely, Sawyer, Delaney Godbey, Elijah and Archer Swenson; his sisters, Cheryl Neustal (Larry), Jeanne Robins (Larry) and Gayle Franka; and his brothers-in-law, Danny Schaefer (Jackie) of Marshall, MN and Chuck Schaefer (Laure) of Eagan, MN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers Tom requested donations be made to Garretson Fire Department, Garretson Ambulance, Blue Dragon Foundation, or The American Legion.
