It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Royce G. Quamen of Garretson, South Dakota, who passed away on November 7, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Quamen and Lucille Albers; his stepfather Erville Albers; and his brothers-in-law, Paul, Jerry, Bob and Wayne.
He is survived by: his wife Peg Quamen; his siblings, Shirley Stangeland, David Quamen (Janet), Karen Vandersnick (Joe) and Ona Reker (John); his children, Shawn Frewaldt (Shannon), Frank, Jeremy (Lana) and Brady Quamen (Shayna); his grandchildren, Kelbi, Hannah, Lucie, Stella, Koy and Kade; and his great grandchildren, Levi and Mason. He is also survived by many brothers- and sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
