We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2020, at the age of 87, Norman Benson (Garretson, South Dakota), born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Benson and Effie Benson (Fuqua); his children, Randall Paul and Ann Marie; his daughter-in-law Cathy Jo Benson; and his granddaughter Cara Jo Bonte.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Dubbelde; his children, Jeff Benson (Jan), Patti Brooks (Dave), Mitchell, Peggy Lorenzen, Steve Benson (Colleen), Bill Benson (Jeanne) and Sherman; and his siblings, Nels Benson of Hills, MN and Joyce Risty. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to a local charity.
