She is survived by: her husband Rick; her children, Derick (Eva), Erin (Andy) and Pat (Sueann); her grandchildren, Gabriel, John, Levi and Noah; her sisters, Rita (Bob) and Janice; and her friend Nancy. She is also survived by relatives and close friends.
