He is survived by: his wife Roxann; his children, Dallas Westover (Kristen) and Nikki Chester (Darrek); his grandchildren, Jayse, Lincoln, Hadley, Parker Westover, Treyton, Drew and Kacen Chester; his siblings, Tom Westover (Barb), Barbara Schenck (Jim) of Vergas, MN, Mary Lee (Gordon), Warren Westover (Lisa), Terry Westover (Tammy), Dale Westover (Susan), Todd Westover (Jackie), Rich Westover (Kelley) and Peggy Bell (Shaun) of Harrisonville, MO; and his sister-in-law Marlene Westover (Merle) of Isle, MN. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
