Soler of Garretson, SD; his children, Jessica Oakley-Tiexara of Tulare, CA, Joshua Oakley (Mindy) of Minneapolis, MN, Jason Maze (Ashley) of Visalia, CA, Jillian Jenney (BJ) of Rogers, MN and Jarrett Oakley of Austin, MN; his stepchildren, Dr. Jorge Sanchez and Edgard Sanchez of Sioux Falls, SD; and his parents, Jesse Oakley Sr. and Rose Oakley. He was also cherished by five grandchildren.
