He was predeceased by: his mothers, Frances O'Neal Sr (Stub) and Edna O'Neal (Severson); his wife Jenny O'Neal; his granddaughter Rachel Herendez; his nephew Dominic Moore; and his brothers, Ferrian "Pete" O'Neal and Forrest "Sonny" O'Neal.
He is survived by: his close friend Bobbi Jo Sakry; his children, Patrick O'Neal, Terry O'Neal and Rachel Brown (Rick Leonhardt); his grandchildren, Trista Friman (Jeff), Danielle O'Neal of Sioux Falls, Terry Jr, Steven Bohr, Stephanie O'Neal of Sioux Falls, SD and Nathaniel O'Neal; and his siblings, Fred "Snipper" O'Neal and Leann Stephen (Clay). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
