He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lerdal and Alma Lerdal (Megard); his siblings, John and Ruth Gill; and his great-nephew Erick Gill.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene Betty Mosley (Holvig) of Pipestone, Minnesota.; his stepchildren, Kathleen Versteeg (Glenn) of Holland, MN, Randall Mosley (Marti Haynes) and Daniel Mosley; his grandchildren, Kenneth, Kevin, Tricia, Todd Versteeg, Ryan, Jason and Janell Mosley; and his nephews, Jon Gill (Carmen) of Sioux Falls and Arlie Gill (Vickie) of Sioux Falls. He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
