She was predeceased by: her father Terry Sward; and her grandparents, Frances Baumberger (Sward), Norman Sward, Mike Baumberger, Mary Ellen and Earl Foster (Buzz).
She is survived by: her mother Patricia Sward (Foster); her children, Nicholas, Morgan and Marcus; her grandchildren, Sierrah, Lilliana and James; her siblings, Kelly Sward (Angie) and Nancy Jorgensen (Dale); her boyfriend Todd Jurgensen; and her boyfriend's son Nick Jurgensen.
In lieu of flowers family wish memorials which will be directed at a later date.
