It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Pence of Frederick, South Dakota, who passed away on August 24, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Pence and Anna Pence (Voeller); his wife Villvina Schnabel (Valley); his brother Gene Pence; and his siblings-in-law, Harriet Pence and Leonard Lahr.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Pence of Aberdeen and Lori Hofer (Ben) of Aberdeen; his grandsons, Bryan Hofer and Justin Hofer (Anna); his great grandchild Chloe Hofer; and his sister Dorothy Lahr. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
