He is survived by: his parents, Jack Dugan (Jean Claire Hamblin) and Karla Hedman Hallock (Kim Hallock); his sister-in-law Tarra Mathews (Scotty Mathews); and his nieces and nephews, Jolie and Cole Dugan.
