It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ofelia M. Vaughn of Flandreau, South Dakota, who passed away on February 8, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Buford Vaughn; and her siblings, Emie Marcos-Quiñones, Nelson Marcos, Willie Marcos, Evelyn Marcos-Villanueva, Wilmer Marcos, Arnold Marcos, Randy Marcos, Mary Jane Marcos and Malyn Marcos.
