With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Joyce Elaine Schroeder of Flandreau, South Dakota, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Joyce Elaine left this world on June 12, 2024 at the age of 98, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Creston Waxdahl and Dorothy Waxdahl (Weigel); her husband Virtus Schroeder; her sister Doris Dailey; and her grandson Travis Sass.
She is survived by: her children, Dale Schroeder (Becky) of Flandreau, SD, Helen Block (Joe) of Sioux Falls, SD and Glenda Derdall (David) of Volga, SD; her grandchildren, Creston, Keith, Collin Block (Rachel), Peter, Claire Lee (Chris) and Lucas Derdall; her great grandchild Connor Block; and her nieces and nephews, Clark, Keith, Diane, Miriam Dailey, Joanne Griebel and Louise Mack.
