It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joan Sheridan of Flandreau, South Dakota, who passed away on February 13, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucille Parsley (Marvlet) and Delbert W. Parsley; her former husband John Ullom; her siblings, Katherine, John Wood and Phillip Parsley; her children-in-law, Bud Kneebone, Jake Kleinsasser, Tom Boerboom, Kim Ullom and Diann Ullom; her granddaughters, Jessica Boerboom and Lindsey Boerboom Voigt; and her great grandchildren, Olivia Everett, Kinley Schmitz and Christian Norris.
She is survived by: her husband Timothy Sheridan; and her children, Mary Holland (Larry) of Rock Rapids, IA, Linda Boerboom of Chanhassen, MN, Patricia Mundahl (Dan) of Brookings, SD, Eddy Ullom (Paula) of Madison, SD, Nancy Harrington (Mike) of Maple Grove, MN, Ruth Kneebone of Flandreau, SD, Robert Ullom of Aurora, SD, Peggy Kleinsasser of Mitchell, SD, Sandra Ullom of Brookings, SD, Bruce Ullom (Nikkia) of Madison, SD and Timothy Ullom (Kelly) of Flandreau, SD. She is also survived by her 33 grandchildren, 85 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Skroch Funeral Chapel (409 E 2nd Ave, Flandreau, SD 57028). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Simon and Jude Catholic Church (105 S Bates St, Flandreau, SD 57028).
