He is survived by: his wife Deb Berg; his daughter Kathy Mathiason (Brant) of Brookings, SD; his grandchildren, Abby, Ryan, Jessica Thielsen (Travis) of Flandreau, SD, Floyd, Sierra, Erica, Marlayna, Tim Redder (Mandy) of Soldotna, AK, Damien, Madisen, Stacy Holzbauer (John) of Wagner, SD, Hannah, Luke, Rachel and Jacob; his great grandchild Graesyn; his siblings, Joseph Redder of Dell Rapids, SD, Stephen Redder (Patti) of Lubbock, TX, Jeff Redder (Teresa) of Eastampton, NJ, Rosemary Gangel (Tom) of Gilbert, AZ, Joan Lacey (Jim) of Dell Rapids, SD, Maria Nichols (Mike) of Kathleen, GA, Thomas Redder (Joanne) of Trent, SD, David Redder (Loretta) of Watertown, SD and Christina Wilke (Joseph) of Dell Rapids, SD; and his brother-in-law Ron Krupicka of Niobrara, NE. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
