It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hoang Lumibao of Flandreau, South Dakota, who passed away on May 15, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Prudencio A. Lumibao; and her children, Prudencio N. Lumibao Jr., Paul N. Lumibao, Penner N. Lumibao (Nica Lumibao) and Perry Lumibao (Paulmarie Lumibao).
She is survived by: her daughter Lily Palo (Oliver Palo); and her grandchildren, Yoyit, Yelly, Andreou, Andrea (Matthew), Ivan, Angel, Arch, Aikkie and Kyla. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
