He was predeceased by: his parents, Gary Cochran and Roberta Cochran (White); his brother Jeff; his nieces and nephews, Danielle Budack, Cassandra Blackwolf, Leland Thompson and Jeffrey Marshall Allen; and his grandmother Bertha Eastman.
He is survived by: his significant other Lynn Eastman; his daughters, Cheyenna and Cayenna; and his siblings, Juanita Wakeman, Roxanne Cochran, Jim Cochran (Brenda) of Flandreau and Joe Blackwolf of Flandreau. He is also survived by four children, twin.
