It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dwaine E. Latham of Flandreau, South Dakota, who passed away on September 30, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Latham and Marjorie Latham (Headrick); his son David; his brother Robert; and his brother-in-law Dennis Dokken.

He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Cherney; his sons, Donny (Vicki) and Darwin (Kathy Lunday); his grandchildren, Kayla, Samantha, Brittany, Whitney, Angela, Amber, Chastity, Chase, Kyndall, Kaitlyn, Karli and Kole; and his siblings, Wilbur Latham (Virginia) of Litchfield, MN and Darlene Dokken. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
