He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Duncan and Faye Duncan (Claussen); and his son Todd Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Joanne; his children, Dawn Hooker (Kelly) of Sioux Falls, SD, Teresa Boysen (Eric) of Sioux Falls, SD, Lisa Luttrell (James) of Glenwood, IA and David Duncan (Mary) of Grand Junction, CO; and his grandchildren, Cory Hooker (Megan), Cassandra Dawley (Matt), Garrett Boysen (Emily), Lucas Boysen (Karissa), Zachary Elkins (Sarah), Jordan Elkins (Taylor), Katherine Duncan, Jacob Duncan and Claire Duncan. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
