He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Stangeland and Avis "Bonnie" Ruhd; and his son Shiloh. He is survived by: his daughter Shelby Keeton (Joe); his grandchildren, Charlie and Eddie Keeton; and his siblings, Melvin Stangeland, Darold Stangeland, Shirly Jensen (Bob) and Pamela Stangeland.
