With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sharon Staffen of Fedora, South Dakota, born in Mitchell, South Dakota, who passed away on September 17, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Walton and Regina Walton (Metzger); her son Harlyn Staffen; and her parents-in-law, Harvey, Mable Staffen, Delbert Walton (Millie), Carol Bluhm (Gene), Joan Melgosa (Leo), James Walton, Dwelda McKittrick and Sherman Staffen.
She is survived by: her husband Harvey Staffen; her daughters, Gibi Page (Dan) of Fedora, SD and Brenda Suess (Reggie) of Sioux Falls, SD; her grandchildren, Tyler Page (Stephanie) of Mitchell, SD, Barbara Page of Mitchell, SD and Trevor Lundgren of Sioux Falls, SD; her great grandchild Carter Bannwarth of Mitchell, SD; and her sister-in-law Diane Walton of Wilmington, CA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
