He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Scott and Goldie Lee. He is survived by: his brother David (Molly) of Spencer, IA; his nephews, Fred Scott (Brette) and John Scott (Kristin Herrick) of Kalamazoo, MI; and his niece Kate Lamb (Jeffrey) of Marshalltown, IA.. He is also survived by his cousins, other relatives, and friends.
