He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Donald, Lorraine Brand, Carl and Lola Niemann; his aunt Chloe; his uncle Pete Lussier; his father-in-law Francis Goldade; and his grandparents-in-law, Glenn and Mildred Stebbins.
He is survived by: his mother Linda Brand of Watertown, SD.; his fiancée Michelle Goldade; his children, Cole (Savannah Martin), Connor (Jasmine Lingen), Chloe (Colby Merkel) and Cord; his sister Dulcie; his nieces and nephews, Sophia and Joie; his sister Heather of Anoka, MN; his uncle Mitch (Glenda) of Maple Lake, MN; his mother-in-law Glenda; and his sister-in-law Kristi of Seneca. He is also survived by many uncles and cousins.
Despite Todd's cancer, he was able to give life by donating his corneas.
