He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Eschenbaum and Mary Eschenbaum (Bauhs); his brother Jeffrey; his brother-in-law James Bush; and his niece Tasha Cosby.

He is survived by: his sisters, Jane Heying (Lee) of Winner, SD and Judy Bush of Tulsa, OK; and his nieces and nephews, James Bush (Yukari) of Winchester, CA, Tom Burdick (Becky) of Mitchell, SD, Kent Burdick (Pam) of Mitchell, SD, Janelle Schroeder (Jermie) of Mitchell, SD, Angi, Nicole Bush of Tulsa, OK and Cassandra Garis of Owasso, OK. He is also survived by 11 great nieces and nephews; and many cousins.
