He was predeceased by: his wife Waltraud; his parent-in-law Bruno Sr.; his siblings-in-law, Egon Zupp, Joe Reed, Ed Wheeler Sr., Randy Steenis, Annaliese Gutenkauf and Jane Marie Zupp; and also Gerda Zupp.
He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Bruno Jr. Zupp (Carol) of Coral Springs, FL, Kenny Gutenkauf of Faulkton, Irmgard "Pip" Traver of Faulkton, Bonnie Steenis of Greenbrier, AK and Carol Taylor (Gary) of Ringgold, GA; and also Miranda. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
