He is survived by: his wife Peggy Hutchinson; his children, Ashley Schmidt (Bryan), Rocky Speck (Kaylee Beidler) and Colby Speck (Bethany Kneifl); his grandchildren, Ethan, Evan, Dawsyn, Tyson Schmidt, Maverick and Piper Speck; his son Brice Cunningham (Nicole); and his siblings, Chuck Speck (Mary), David Speck, Steve Speck (Denise) and Lori Verjan (Greg). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
