He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Brewer (Hogg) and J. L. Brewer; his wife Patricia L. Sweetland; and his sister Doriene. He is survived by: his children, Greg Brewer (Marie), Kathy Holmes (Tom), Jim P. Brewer, Pierre, Viv Schneider, Mitchell, Barb Anderson (DeWayne) and Caralynn Brewer (Mario Sanchez). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.
