She was predeceased by: her father Jack Schaefers; her brothers, Darry and Dale; her grandparents, Marcella, Clinton O'Meara, John and Louisa Schaefers; and her brother-in-law Henry Leer.
She is survived by: her mother JoAnn Schaefers (O'Meara); her husband Cornelius; her siblings, Doug Schaefers (Darla), Camille Dunnick, Dean Schaefers (Dee), Delmar Schaefers (De), Carole Stoecker (Jeff), Doyle Schaefers (Nubia) and Darwin Schaefers (Cristi); and her siblings-in-law, Hans Leer (Caroline), Stu Leer (Nancy) and Janice Leer. She is also survived by two aunts; one uncle; ten nephews; eight nieces; and many cousins and friends.
