He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Covell and Frances Covell; and his brother George Covell. He is survived by: his children, Carol Giba (Michael) and Lori DeBruyne (Brad); his grandchildren, Cody, Hunter, Seth Giba, Brooke Pitsch and Bryce DeBruyne; and his brother Mike Covell.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to Faith Hospice will be appreciated.
