It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn Rose Weidner of Fairfax, South Dakota, born in Lake Andes, South Dakota, who passed away on January 15, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Jensen and Rose Jensen (Cotton); her husband William Weidner (Billy); and her siblings, Helmer and Louise.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy (Brad Cerny), Mark Weidner (Kristy) of Fairfax, SD and Kenny Uecker of Wagner, SD; her grandchildren, Matthew, Nicole Cerny, Adam, Samantha Cerny, Chantel, Aaron Bye, Megan, Josh Bonstead, Heather Uecker, Ernie Wright, Joel and Jayd Uecker; her great grandchildren, Ryker, Conlee, Reed, Parker Cerny, Stanley, James Bye and Levi Bonstead; her sisters, Carol Schroeder, Mary Ellen Vogt, Sandra Cahoy and Nila Koenig (Ronnie); and her sister-in-law Viola Wittmuss. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
