We are sad to announce that on November 12, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Lois Leona Harter (Fairburn, South Dakota). She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dale O'Bryan and Marian O'Bryan (Roberts); her husband Stanley Burtz Harter; and her children, Marleen Edberg (Duane), Connie Wagner (Dwight), Starla Troutner (Mark), David Harter (Ladda), Janice Harter, Randy Harter (Doreen) and Ronald Dean Harter. She was also cherished by 21 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, two sisters and three brothers.
