She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Opp and Leila Opp (Wade); and her brother Robert Opp. She is survived by: her former husband Donald Shaw; her husband Douglas Thompson, Sr.; her son James Shaw (Priscilla); her stepson Douglas Thompson, Jr. (Kelly); her grandsons, Nathan and Nicholas; and her sister Marilyn Evers. She is also survived by two step-grandchildren; three great-grandsons.
