She was predeceased by: her father Jack Parker (Paul); and her son Luke Alfred Bentz. She is survived by: her mother Joyce Parker of Eureka; her husband Paul Bentz; her sons, Travis Bentz (Hayley Leibel), Andrew Bentz (Alexis) of Eureka and Justin Bentz of Eureka; her granddaughter Nora Bentz; and her brothers, Jeff Parker (Robyn) of Salina, KS and Jay Parker (Carol) of Decatur, TX.. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials to Bowdle Nursing Home.
