He is survived by: his daughter Jenna Rae; his wife Donna (Riggs); his daughters, Jenna Knutson (Reid) and Jillian Augustad (Alex); his mother Dixie Shay; his brothers, Dwain Shay (Deb), Bruce Shay (Lisa) and Gregg Shay; and his brothers-in-law, Bonnie Storm (Richard), Gene Riggs (Linda), Connie Hillberg (Woody), Bob Riggs (Bobbie), Bill Riggs (LaRonna), Bev Rumbolz (Charlie), Vickie Hohn (Dave), Glenn Riggs (Barb), Roger Riggs (Lisa), Ronnie Riggs (Shelly) and Keven Riggs (Becky).
In lieu of flowers memorial can be directed to the family to establish a memorial in Roger's name.
