George Puetz Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 10, 2019, at the age of 86, George Puetz (Ethan, South Dakota) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ambrose and Mary Anna Puetz (Grohs); his wife Mavis; his son William Scott Puetz; and his siblings, Joseph, John Puetz, Harold Puetz, Clarence Puetz, Clyde Puetz, Englebert Puetz, Genevieve Haupt, Barbara Bowar, Esther Claseman and Berneice Feiner.
He is survived by: his children, Pam Price (Terry) of Britton, Stephen Puetz (Gail) of Dover, PA, Linda Weppler (Jeff) of Sioux Falls, SD, Curtis Puetz (Julie) of Brookings, SD and Gregory Puetz of Upland, CA; his sister Devonia Oster of Mitchell; and his sisters-in-law, Addie Puetz and Dolores Puetz. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to the Holy Trinity Cemetery Fund or Post #231 of the American Legion in Ethan.
