With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Darlene Hohn of Ethan, South Dakota, who passed away on December 13, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Uptagrafft and Marie Uptagrafft (Goldammer); her sons, Robert and Mark; her grandsons, Clint Hohn and Matthew Sherburne; her siblings, Robert Uptagrafft, Donald Uptagrafft and Joyce Klinger; her son-in-law Steve Pierkowski; and her siblings-in-law, Jim Wilson, Ila Uptagrafft, Marilyn Uptagrafft and Sid Uptagrafft.

She is survived by: her husband Wilibrd Hohn; her children, Cheryl Anderson (Bruce), Dave Hohn (Karen), Ethan, Rich Hohn (Paula), Barb Pierkowski, Judy Freeman (Bob), Mitchell, Todd Hohn (Amy), Bev Johnson (Scott), Lisa Larson (Jeff) and Jan Bahmuller (Nick) of Alexandria, SD; her siblings, Wayne Uptagrafft, Richard Uptagrafft, Doris Bender (Ron) and Ruth Wilson; and her brother-in-law Rodney Klinger. She is also survived by 28 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
