He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Zwack and Charmaine Zwack; and his brother Scott Zwack. He is survived by: his wife Cindi Berg; his children, Michelle Mathias (Curt) of Fargo, ND and Shawn Lund (Jim) of Detroit Lakes, MN; his grandchildren, Jordan McLaren, Karlie Mathias and Reaghen Mathias; and his brothers, Jay Zwack (Jackie) and Kevin Zwack (Gwen). He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
