He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Holter and Cecelia Holter (Bergh). He is survived by: his wife Anitra Holter of Estelline, SD; his sons, Kevin Holter of Estelline, SD, Kent Holter of Brookings, SD, Brian Holter (Deb) of Watertown, SD, Bryce Holter of Alexandria, SD and Darin Holter of Estelline, SD; and his siblings, Wes Holter (Isabelle) of Brookings, SD, Dale North (Joanne), Myron Holter (Sally) of Topeka, KS, Adelpha Reppe (Leland) of Bruce, SD and Julie Anderson (John) of Boise, ID. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
